The Italian Way Day by Day.
So the Italian day typically starts out around 8 or 9. most Shops dont open until 9. First on the agenda is to head to the bar (cafe in America is a bar here) for a Cappuccino or espresso, for me a chocolate Croissant to accompany. From there your daily duties begin.
